Its currently serialized in America in Shojo Beat. Its about a young girl
(16ish?) named Yuki Cross. She attends Cross Academy, a school run by her foster
father. The school is split into two classes, the Night Class and the Day Class.
The Day Class is full of normal students, but the Night Class is actually full
of vampires. The Headmaster has a dream of Humans and Vampires living peacfully,
so he opened this school. In order to protect the Night Class' secret, Yuki and
her friend Zero run security. Zero was also adopted by Headmaster Cross and
hates vampires with a passion. Both Zero and Yuki were attacked by vampires when
they were little, but Zero holds quite the grudge (you find out more about this
later in the series) while Yuki seems to have a crush on one of the vampire
students.
It is a really good series, and the art is beautiful. I've only read about four
chapters, but already there have been surprising plot twists and potental love
interests. I would highly recomend it.
I would have to say that FullMetal Alchemist is my absolute favorite. The
characters are highly developed and very well thought out. You can tell what one
character would say or do because you get to know them so well. The plot is very
original and compelling. You get drawn into the characters stories and
situations. It is very violent, but it's not sensless. Everything happens for a
reason. Equivilent exchange. A very idealistic concept. But it all just works!
The manga does get a bit different from the anime though. I would highly suggest
anyone interested in the anime look into the manga.

because you want to get paid for sitting infront of a computer screen.

comments on others art, reviews. You really have to be an active member. The mod
I know started out as an Elite Member then got promoted. He was always
everywhere though. Active in all the fourms and any groups he was in. It takes
alot of time, energy, and dedication to be a mod for MT.
To become one, I would suggest you go out there and prove that you deserve to be
a mod, and not just ask to be one.
I dont see how it will help them at all. I suppose if studios have proposed new
ideas and are going to launch new titles durning this 'ban' you might get a few
people to watch it. But even then, it would seem like they're just watching it
because there's nothing else on. It probaly wont have the same sort of following
as foreign anime does. Others just might not watch TV at all (or at least not as
much) and look towards manga and other forms of written story to get their fix.

dressed like him and everything!

Im quite curious about him myself. He always has that happy go lucky air about
him, but you start to get the feeling that his just like that to cover up his
real feelings. I havent watched the anime yet, and I admit I am behind on the
manga by about two volumes since 10 came out this week, but they really havent
done much with him but to hint at his past. Maybe his mysterious-ness is why hes
my favorite character. Plus hes just so pretty to look at...

you can do whatever you want (edit wise) to the scan as long as you list off

Alot of people have been suggesting a credit trasnfer system. Like people who
have too many credits then they know what to do with, they can donate them to
other users who are low.
I highly doubt that would go into effect though. Thats just asking for the site
to be hacked or become leecher central.

no, my sentice layout must have been confussing. Im saying that if the system
were set up to do so, the free download quota would be a good way to find
leechers. those who just download the wall or scan with their free downloads and
dont comment on anything. If it could monitor that, you could find the leechers
and get rid of them.

I too missed that. On MT2 I would enlarge images to give a more fair comment,
but then it started costing me credits and my comments started to suffer for it.

I agree. I was a member of MT for about a month before I found the rules for
posting anything, be it art, scans, or fourm posts. I think some poeple honestly
dont know that walls have to be of your own design. There should deffinatly be
some sort of message to let new members know. Then, if they still do it, there
can be punishment.
